No illegal drugs. Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine. We take this policy very seriously to ensure a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all guests. 🌟ABSOLUTELY No parties, loud music, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts. Unauthorized parties will incur a $400 cleaning fee, and immediate termination of the stay without refunds. We take this policy very seriously to ensure protection of our property and community. 🌟Maximum occupancy is 6 persons at all times, including any visitors. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and the reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests. A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted at the property at any time. Any unauthorized guests found to have stayed on the property will result in an extra $50 cleaning fee per guest. 🌟ABSOLUTELY No Eating or drinking in beds, as it can cause irreparable damage to linens. Guests will be charged for replacement. 🌟No pets allowed. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any pets, including dogs, cats, or other animals, during your stay. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, charges for damages caused by the pet, and potential termination of your reservation. 🌟Tampering with, disabling, obstructing, or altering any security or monitoring devices—including cameras and noise detection systems—is strictly prohibited. Tampering with our security system or equipment will result in a $200 fee. Our house rules prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, compliance with local laws, property insurance requirements, and the protection of our property and community. Any violation of these house rules will be reported to the booking platform and may result in fines as mentioned above, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies. The property is located on a street with an active neighborhood community watch. The exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras, and the interior is equipped with a Minut device that detects noise levels and smoke. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
